Reliable commercial cleaning, scheduled around your hours
Offices, medical suites, salons and studios across Charlotte. A written scope before anything starts, and cover when someone is out.
Written down before anyone starts
Every commercial job runs to a scope agreed in advance: each task, each frequency, in writing. It is the difference between a vendor you have to check up on and one you do not.
- Workstations, desks and shared surfaces
- Restrooms cleaned and restocked
- Break room, kitchen and appliance exteriors
- Floors vacuumed, mopped or buffed to scope
- Reception and glass entrance doors
- Waste and recycling removed
- Meeting rooms reset between uses
- Supply levels reported before they run out
A walkthrough, then a quote
We look at the space during your hours or after them, then send a written scope and a fixed monthly price. No obligation, and nothing starts until you have both in front of you.

Questions, answered
Can you clean after our business hours?
Yes. Most commercial clients are cleaned in the evening or early morning so nobody is working around us. We schedule around your hours, not ours.
How do you handle keys and alarm codes?
However your building requires. We can work to a key, a code, a fob or a building contact, and we agree the arrangement in writing before the first visit.
What happens if our regular cleaner is out?
You get backup coverage. The schedule does not move because one person is unwell, and whoever covers works to the same written scope.
Do you provide a written scope of work?
Always, before anything starts. Every task and every frequency is listed, so there is no argument later about what was included.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a week or two of the walkthrough, depending on the size of the space and how much scheduling has to move.
